REFINED AND TIMELESS DESIGN

This condominium renovation at The Windsor in Bay Colony, Naples, was a complete transformation. It started with a full gut renovation that reimagined the home from the ground up. Every major space was updated, including three guest bedrooms, a laundry room, the main lanai, the grand salon, and the elevator lobby foyer.

We built the grand salon's custom bar area to feature handcrafted ebony veneer cabinetry with integrated metal wire mesh cabinet fronts. The stone countertop is underlit to create a soft, glowing effect, enhanced by made-to-order curved stone lighting fixtures that hang elegantly above the bar. Leather-wrapped panels, touch-latch hardware, and brass accents throughout elevate the space with refined, understated luxury.

The grand salon showcases a dramatic yet sophisticated, multi-tiered, curve-framed ceiling with recessed lighting highlighting the space's architecture.

Each bathroom was finished with tile on both the floors and shower walls, complemented by custom cabinetry and refined brass and metal hardware—bringing luxury, texture, and craftsmanship to every detail.
